Viewing & Buying Products
The
CousinsUK.com mobile product page gives you all the information for a product you need before you add it to your basket. We’ll let you know from here if the product is in stock, how much it costs, and show you what the product looks like. To purchase items from
CousinsUK.com, you must first be logged in with a registered cousinsuk account. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can register free from the login page on the mobile site (login link at the top of the screen) or from the full ‘desktop’ site using the ‘register’ link at the top of each page.
Add a product to your basket by tapping on the ‘Add to Basket’ button, you can keep tapping to add multiple items. Detailed information for a product including a full product description and quantity price breaks (if available) can be found by tapping on ‘More Information’.
Your Basket
View your
CousinsUK.com mobile basket using the basket icon at the top of your screen. From here you can review your items before checkout, amend quantities, remove items, save for later and continue to checkout.
Selecting your Delivery Address
Once you’re happy with your order and continue to checkout, we’ll ask you where you want the items to be delivered. Choose from a list of all addresses you’ve previously used with us or add a new delivery address by selecting ‘Account’ from the top of the page (we’ll remember this address next time you shop with us).
Delivery Charge, Payment Method & Confirming your Order
Once you’ve picked your delivery address, we’ll ask you which delivery method you’d like us to use (your options will depend on your location and the items in your basket). Next, tell us how you’d like to pay by tapping on your choice, and finally review and confirm your order on the summary page by tapping on ‘Place Order’ at the bottom.
That’s it! Nice and simple.
