Minor Hotel Group (MHG) has invested US$4m (€3m, £2.6m) in resort and spa management company Per Aquum Retreats, Resorts, Residences. Te investment, which equates to a 50 per cent stake, represents a part- nership between Universal Enterprises and MHG. As part of the joint ven-
