t’s Pony Time at this year’s Mütter Ball, benefiting The College of Physi- cians of Philadelphia, on Saturday, April 6 as guests will Twist the night away in a 1961-themed gala. The an- nual Mütter Ball has quickly become one of Philadelphia’s most anticipated and unique fundraisers. This year’s theme of Mad Men & Medi- cine promises to continue the Ball’s tradition of creative costumes and spectacular décor. Bring out your skinny ties, white gloves, plaid jack- ets, and cat eye glasses and party at the Mütter! The College is expect- ing a full house, including many for the gala dinner featuring a gourmet meal served in upscale TV dinner serveware. The Peppermint Lounge, complete with 60s cocktails and culinary treats, will welcome guests seeking VIP treatment. All proceeds benefit The College of Physicians of Philadelphia and its array


of cultural and educational programs, including the Mütter Museum and Mütter Lessons for school students, the College’s popular day- time and evening public lectures, and its important public health resources and initiatives. In the last year, more than 130,000 people visited the Museum and many more utilized the Col- lege and its facilities. We also recently completed a replacement of the entire electrical system and are working on a $1.6 million roofing project. Donations and funds raised by events like this have never been more important. Three ticket levels for the Ball offer a variety of options for all guests.
