in freight forwarders looking to buy in talent. In the main, the big push is for sales professionals who are becoming increasingly difficulty to source. The top talent in the industry we
are talking about generally covers three times the cost of their their salary and benefits package in terms of the revenue they bring to the business. Around 90% of sales executives
in the in industry are not on job sites and, to be fair If they are any good they don’t need to be. So given current supply and demand the only real way to attract
