Cabling specialist Concordia Technologies has acquired
the accessories business Appliversal from Renfrewshire Electronics. The business will become part of Concordia Technologies and will operate and distribute from the Concordia headquarters at Burnley, Lancashire. Established for more than 30 years,
Appliversal is a UK market leader for all major wholesalers in the field of crimp terminals, tools, cable management and associated products. Jeremy Kemsley-Pein, Chairman of
Concordia Technologies commented: “This is a natural acquisition for us and immediately broadens our range and levels of service in our key markets,
while also complementing the quality of everything we do. Appliversal service levels will be significantly increased through the established systems within Concordia Technologies, and with a stronger sales team on the ground, the traditional Concordia Technologies customers can expect even higher levels of ongoing service.”
