José Limón (1908-1972), one of the most renowned Mexican-American choreogra- phers, was a storyteller of epic proportions who, in his memoirs, spoke of himself as an interpreter. In this lecture, Patty Harrington Delaney focuses on two of his seminal works, La Malinche and Carolotta.
