As readers will recall, I have been working on behalf of the Opposition to oppose the measures in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill. Many of

measures in the legislation will erode people’s rights at work which is madness at a time when job insecurity is high. The Bill had its final stages in the House of Commons before being considered by the Lords.
