STANDARD GRACEY


Gracey curettes are designed to adapt to specific anatomical reas of the teeth for sub-gingival scaling and root planing. Te ade angle allows easier insertion into the sulcus while minimizing soſt tissue trauma.


GRACEY ACCESS


Terminal shank 3 mm longer for deep periodontal pockets (at least 5 mm). Narrow working end allows easier introduction into gingival pockets and reduces issue over extension.


DEEP-POCKET GRACEY


Better access into deep gingival pockets (deeper than 5 mm) thanks to the 3-mm longer terminal shank.


STANDARD GRACEY / GRACEY-STANDARD-KÜRETTEN • Specially for smoothing roots.


• In special gracey’s, the terminal shank (nearest to the working end) lies at a 70° angle to the facial surface. During removal of deposits, the terminal shank is held as parallel as possible to the surface being treated. • Standard gracey curete has one concave and one convex edge. Te convex edge is the cutting edge, which has a lower position during the working process.

• Bei Spezial-Küretten liegt der 1er-Schaſt (der dem Arbeitsende am nächsten liegt) und die Fazialfläche im 70 ° -Winkel. Beim Entfernen von Ablagerungen an Zahn- bzw. Wurzeloberflächen sollte der 1er-Schaſt so gut wie möglich parallel zu der Fläche gebracht werden, die bearbeitet wird.


• Diese Kürette hat eine konkave und eine konvexe Kante. Die konvexe Kante ist die Schneidekante, sie liegt beim Arbeitsvorgang tiefer.
