Media Concepts Group, Inc. (MCG), a commercial mass media and marketing firm which specializes in developing strategic marketing solutions for businesses, record labels and top artists in the music and entertainment industries. Although his corporate office is based in New York City, TL also lets his creative juices flow at his regional production and operations office located in New Jersey. With over twelve years of combined experience in radio and television promotions, music industry marketing, event planning, project management and non-profit fundraising for community initiatives, TL Holmes’ goal is to perfect excellence for the Kingdom of God. He also previously served as VP of Marketing & Promotions for Mountain Top Records, based in New Jersey.

Holmes is also a well-respected and sought after concept music video producer for major and independent artists nationwide. Credited to his personal and company portfolios, are professional works for artists such as Micah Stampley of Levitical Records (producing the highly acclaimed music video “Never Let You Go”, from Micah’s sophomore project, “A Fresh Wind”); John Gray of Mannagod Records; Harold B. of Mountain Top Records; Ed Perry of Cherubim Records (producing his first concept music video “Inside of You”), and

TL Holmes expanded his expertise when he co-produced the Gospelations events at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ along with TAG Team for 2 years which attracted more than 9,500/8.000 attendees. Mr. Holmes was also responsible for successfully re-branding the event from “The Gospel Jamboree”.


In his most recent endeavors, he enlarged


his territory and portfolio by producing and directing the 2nd Live DVD Recording for national artist Tye Tribbett & GA entitled STAND OUT! MCG also designed and wrapped the promotional vehicles (bus and expedition) for the event as well as designed and printed other marketing material. Because of this project (which drew over 11,000 people in attendance within two days), Virginia Beach, VA will never be the same!


TL Holmes is also responsible for producing


The Mary Mary Christmas Unplugged Tour (in Birmingham, AL) through his entertainment company, Harvest Entertainment, LLC (An MCG Company). This event attracted more than 3,200 attendees. As a result, the Mayor of Birmingham, AL, Larry P. Langford, presented TL Holmes and Mary Mary with a Proclamation for bringing this worthwhile event to their city. TL Holmes also produced / directed the Live DVD Recording for James Hall as he presented “The Voices of Citadel”
