Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmen- tal Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that Bottom Dollar Food Northeast, LLC has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located at 3975 Castor Avenue in the City and County of Philadelphia.


This Notice of Intent to


Remediate states that the site historically operat- ed as a gasoline service station, and the site was found to be contaminated with petroleum related compounds. Bottom Dollar Food Northeast, LLC has indicated that impacted soil excavation and off-site treatment/disposal has been completed. The proposed future use of the property will be non-residential for commercial use.


In addition, notice is hereby given that Bottom Dollar Food Northeast, LLC has submitted a Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demon- strate attainment of the Statewide Health cleanup standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
