All our seminars are run by one of our team of experienced surveyors and can be presented in the comfort of your own offices at a convenient time for yourselves. With over 4 decades experience in treating infestation and decay this CPD looks at how to recognise the problems associated with various forms of timber decay and beetle infestation in structures.


• Air Quality – The cause of condensation and condensation control


This seminar looks purely at condensation and primarily the causes of condensation and mould growth in properties. Solutions to condensation problems are also explored in detail.
