The Natural Chef Opens Up A Texas Tea Room
downtown Justin, Texas, inside Mommies Trading Post. Stephan has been providing private personal chef services in the Metroplex since 2008. She walks the walk as it relates to green, always using the freshest of ingredients. The Tumbleweed Café features homemade, all-natural and organic meals, with a focus on obtaining local ingredients to support the surrounding farming communities. dients varying daily, for a wide variety. Croutons and salad dressings are made fresh daily, as are all desserts. The Tumbleweed serves a variety of iced teas brewed in Austin, Texas, and some
made in-house. Coffee is brewed by the cup and they grind their own beans. Stephan utilizes compostable dinnerware, donates food scraps to local farms for composting and recycles bottles and plastics in her efforts to be as close to a zero-waste facility as possible.

he Tsada Yoga Studio of Dallas is pre- senting a free, outdoor yoga class, from 10 to 11 a.m., May 5, at Winfrey Point at White Rock Lake; compliments of Tom’s of Maine. For every attendee at the class, Tom’s of Maine is using the event to showcase their new Naturally Dry antiperspi- rant, and will
make a donation to the Red Cross Dallas chapter as a way to help those hardest hit by recent tornadoes. The class, which can accommodate 100 students, will be led by Tsada Studio instructors and is open to adults and chil- dren of all fitness levels. BYO mat. Free refreshments from Sunflower Farmer’s Market will be available, plus free anti- perspirant samples.
