Built in 2002 our two exclusive villas, provide you with superior standards of comfort with panoramic views, private pools, BBQs, and accommodate up to 6 people each.


Location Lyra Villas are two fully detached villas, situated on a 1.800m² property at the edge of the small village of Makriotika in an


elevated position. This location offers stunning views across the wide valley of Pylaros, the picturesque port of Agia Efimia, the glistening Ionian sea, the surrounding mountains, small traditional villages and hamlets. Across the water, you can see the island of Ithaca and on particularly clear days you can even make out the mountains


of the Peloponnes on the Greek mainland. The traditional village of Makriotica delivers an authentic flavour of Greek life: a picturesque “Platia” (village square), small red-roofed houses with flower-filled terraces, one “kafenio”, a tavern, a mini- market, a school and (as in each Greek village) a church.


Accommodation The villas offer high quality accommodation that combines traditional style with the latest modern amenities. All fittings


and furnishings are of the highest standard. Each villa has its own private pool, BBQ and secluded sun terraces with panoramic views of the surrounding valley, the Ionian sea with mountains providing a dramatic backdrop. Each villa and pool offer a high level of privacy and are situated within beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens with colourful geraniums, roses, oleanders and local sweet herbs at your doorstep.
