As it’s Christmas we would like to share some of our seasonal recipes and a few hints that you might find useful when preparing and cooking the Christmas bird. We’ve also included recipes for a couple of knock out salads recommended to us by a client from New Zealand earlier on this year. You need to put in a bit of effort but the result is well worth it.
