Brantano (UK) Ltd, the UK’s leading Out of Town footwear retailer is looking to build on its successful trading and expand its number of stores in the UK.
Retail Requirements
• 20+ stores required per year • Prominent retail parks in UK - market towns a priority • Ideal requirement for stores of between 5,000 – 7,500 sq ft with a minimum internal width of 12.5m
• Preferred neighbours include Boots, Next, Mothercare, Dunelm, Matalan and TK Maxx
• Open A1 planning consent required
Financial Highlights • Brantano (UK) Ltd is wholly owned by the Macintosh Retail Group – Holland and Belgium’s leading footwear retailer with a turnover of €1.2bn
• Macintosh acquired Jones Bootmaker in 2011 • Brantano (UK) Ltd had a turnover in 2010 of £117m •
Trading from 145 stores in the UK (Sept 2011) and looking to expand up to 200 over the next 5 years
