The Dura-Bench Ultra is our newest greenhouse bench top. The plastic bench top is tougher, smoother, and is a longer lasting growing surface for your plants. With increased airflow, easier installation and a lower cost per square foot, the latest Dura-Bench Ultra will fit your needs and budget.


• 2’ x 4’ (8 sq. ft., nominal) high impact abrasion resistant polypropylene plastic panel — weight 4.5 lbs each


Features:


• 1.1” x 2.1” rectangular holes • 2’ ends connect with a (4) tab and receiving hole system • 4’ sides interconnect with easy to install black nylon clips • 2 pre-molded screw attachment rails and 4 screw attachments strips for easy installation with stainless steel screws


• Weight: 4.5 lbs./panel


Table Layout/Design • Dura-Bench Ultra panels allow for any combination of bench sizes


• Even bench widths (2’, 4’, 6’, 8’ wide) are created by laying the 4’ length of the panels down parallel to the length of the bench


• Odd bench widths (3’, 5’, and 7’ wide) are easily created by cutting between double-ribbed center sections


• Substructure frame can be made from metal, wood or pipe


• Substructure frame cross supports placed on any incremental interval (such as 16” or 24” centers) based on the weight of the plants per square foot

The Dura-Bench Original was introducted in 2001 as a plastic bench top to replace wood, wire and expanded metal. The Dura-Bench Original is heavier in weight and encompasses smaller square holes for more surface area. This product is peak load tested at 630 lbs.

• 1.1” x 1.1” square holes • Two unique styles — Overlap and Non-Overlap versions • The Overlap version interconnects with tabs on the 4’ sides and overlaps on the 2’ ends


• The Non-Overlap version interconnects with tabs on the 4’ sides and butts up to the 2’ ends


• 10 Pre-molded screw holes per panel for attaching to substructure with stainless steel screws


• Weight: 6.32 lbs./panel

• Non-Overlap version is used primarily on 4’ wide benches — the 4’ length lays down going across the width of the bench


• Overlap version is primarily used in 2’, 3’, 5’, 6’, 7’, and 8’ wide benches — the 4’ length lays down going in the same direction as the length of the bench
