How do I know what type of accommodation is right for me? It’s probably easiest to phone or email us with dates and the number of people coming, so we can make a few recommendations. In most cases we can tell you how far it is from the beach, bars, restaurants, golf courses, shops and so on.
What do the villa rental rates cover? The rental rates quoted show the cost of one week's hire of the property. In the majority of cases all services such as pool maintenance, gardening, water and electric are included. Where additional charges are made locally, these are shown on the pricing section of the individual villa. The rental rates are per villa per week and not per person. In addition, there are no 'under occupancy' or 'accommodation only' surcharges!
What does the price include? The total rental of the villa or apartment per week, Extra charges do apply for linen and towels. And please be aware that we do not supply beach or pool towels
Will we have any other charges? There is a small admin fee and a refundable damage deposit
What about cleaning? The property is cleaned before you arrive and again after you have left. A small fee is charged for this; please look at each villa’s details at

Can I arrange for extra beds? In most cases we can supply an extra fold up bed or cot for a small extra charge.
What day of the week can the booking start? Any day in low and mid season and Saturdays in the peak season.
What time can we get into the villa and when do we have to leave?
Entry is from 17:00 (5pm) and departure at 10:00 (10am) this should be taken into account when booking your flights.

Can we get in early or stay late? Contractually we have to allow the cleaners from 10:00 until 17:00 to prepare the villa for the next arrivals. We do allow you to drop off bags or relax around the pool if you do arrive earlier.
How far will I be from the beach? There are approximate driving times to the beach in the descriptions for each property at

What is the best airport for me to use? Either Alicante or Valencia, both about 1hours drive
How do I get from the airport? We can arrange airport collection locally, or we can arrange car hire direct from the airport, please check our prices.
How will I find my accommodation? We will supply you with maps / directions.
Can you arrange flights? Unfortunately, no to keep prices low this is best done by yourself
