Bournemouth Careline is a 24 hour emergency call system for use in times of emergency or when assistance or reassurance is needed. Bournemouth Careline can help, if possible, whatever the circumstances are.

What is Bournemouth Careline?
A typical system consists of one Home Alarm Unit with an Alarm Button worn around the neck or wrist and connected, via your phone line, to the Control Centre

Alarm is activated
When Careline receives an emergency call, it will be answered by fully trained staff in a professional and efficient manner. They will know who is calling and provide the appropriate assistance.

How much does
Careline cost? Equipment can be rented, and calls monitored, from £2.92 per week.
You have a choice of Rental or Purchase, please ask for prices.
A one-‐off Installation fee of £30 is payable.
