very year, we invite a diverse team of industry professionals together to
form the Crown Paints Colour Panel. From this eclectic and energetic team of colour fanatics, influences are born and evolve. These inform the development of the Crown Paints portfolio for both interior and exterior brands. Our colour palette predictions for this year span retro influences, minerals found in the world around us, and natural materials.
1950’s The spirit of the 1950’s
informs this palette throughout: sugared pastels flow into metallic and high gloss finishes. A new generation of 50’s influences inspired by Day, Ercol, Eames and Dior brings a quality to design with a twist of humour to lift the spirits of the nation. The
