No more estimated bills and an end to disputed bills...
Hallmark are the UK’s leading utilities partner for the lettings industry supporting well over 1000 companies with their award winning proven energy solutions.
As part of our fast growing Block Management portfolio, our clients now have the opportunity to install AMR Metering (Automatic Meter Reading) thus bringing to an end all those disputed and estimated bills that have dogged the supply of energy to Blocks.
How our AMR metering can help you...
Your Electricity Meters will be replaced with a new AMR Meter which will effectively mean an end to estimated invoices as the meter sends signals via the mobile phone network to the Data Collector. These readings are then used for accurate invoicing.
AMR Meters are dialled daily and the half hourly consumption is available to view on a web based application or sent directly to the customer for use on their energy management software so clients can view their usage.
The benefits of AMR Metering: • Accurate and Timely Electricity Bills • Improved Budgeting and Forecasting • Tariff Optimisation • Improved Energy Management • Improved Energy Efficiency • Reduction in Carbon Emissions • No more estimated bills
