the plaintiff ’s neighbor owed any duty to the plaintiff not to negligently leave tree limbs which should have been pruned to avoid damage to the plaintiff ’s property. In addition to inspecting the trees and reporting to the plaintiff ’s neighbor who hired the service, tree service personal also were alleged to have told the plaintiff that the trees were safe although they allegedly were not.
