Web Site In 2005, we took a leap forward in

changing our Web site to make it easier to navigate. This year, the staff is work- ing with the Technology Committee to add additional features to make the site more interactive for members. Two special areas are Seminar and Events and the Defense Expert Database.

Seminars and Events The entire look and feel has changed.

Here, register for MTLA seminars and events quickly and easily. Missed an event? There is a feature to download video or audio clips. Most have a CLE credit component (when applicable). Not only will you have access to MTLA

events, you will have access to video clips of events throughout the country.

Defense Expert Database Do you have information on an expert

you would like to share with the mem- bership? Do you wonder if your fellow members have information regarding an expert? Wonder no more. Members of the Auto Negligence, Medical Neg- ligence, Nursing Home and Workers’ Compensation sections now have access to the Defense Expert Database (DED). Upload or download vital information and documents related to experts in your case. Imagine having the stats, dats and information you need, at your finger- tips. The MTLA board, committees, sec-

tions and staff are working to bring members valuable benefits. If you have ideas or comments, give us your feedback or join a committee and help make the association better for all its members. As we move into the summer, and the committee and section chairs assemble
