named Dallas' Servant Remodeling, 2011 National Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Residential Exterior Under $100,000 category of its annual awards competition.

The national award-winning outdoor living project by Servant Remodeling is located on a hillside overlooking a golf course. The three tiered backyard was in need of a major redesign. Fiberboard siding was replaced with rough cedar, energy efficient windows were added, natural materials such as Austin stone and Oklahoma flagstone were selected, and earth tone colors were chosen to blend the new 650 square foot living and outdoor kitchen area with nature. Amenities such as a stainless steel built-in gas grill, refrigerator, blue pearl granite counter tops, a bar sink, a fireplace, gas torches, and a flat screen television were added to make the space usable year-round.
