It was a rainy day in Jamaica when Dj Bubbles sauntered into the Ackee Tree Restaurant lo- cated on the grounds of the local hospital in Savanna La Mar.
Greeted by the manager, chef, and head cashier Dingel the experience was like none other.
The soup was fresh and tasty spoon after deliciously spoonful. The pattie was as soft as melt- ed butter, and the complimentary coco-nut water was sweet and tantilizing.
The restaurant is the heart beat of the hospital with customers crowding the place for the deli- cious food prepared by the town’s most prominent chef Dingel.
