This new partnership will provide CHC Helicopter with the opportunity to obtain and maintain a Cayman Islands Air Operator Certificate to conduct offshore operations in several foreign jurisdictions worldwide. The Cayman Islands AOC was issued to CHC Helicopter today marking this date as a tremen- dous milestone for both parties. Two inaugural CHC AS332L2 Super Puma aircraft have now been transferred to the Cayman Islands Register. VP-CHC and VP-CHB will soon be com- mencing offshore operations in South America.

These hel- icopters are used in a full range of operations on land and at sea, earning a reputation for mission capability, cost-effec- tiveness, ease of operation and flight safety. Eurocopter's 1,000th heli- copter from its Dauphin family was delivered today to India's Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited, the world's largest civilian operator of this success- ful twin-engine, medium weight rotary-wing aircraft. Pawan Hans’ milestone heli- copter is an AS365 N3 version, configured for offshore oil and
