Tender for 3G pitch and pavilion concession
Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to manage the Broadfield 3G pitch and pavilion under a concession contract for a period of up to seven years, likely to commence in July 2011.
The contract involves management of the 3G pitch and pavilion including responsibilities for bookings, repairs and maintenance, marketing etc.

Personal Training Service: Business Opportunity
Portobello Green Fitness Club is inviting expressions of interest and tender submissions from suitably experienced personal trainers and/or operators for the development and management of our personal training services at the Club.
Portobello Green is a run as a social enterprise by The Westway Development Trust
www.westway.org to provide affordable, quality health and fitness opportunities for all members of the local community. As part of our service to members we offer Personal Training in order to broaden the range of opportunities for realising individuals health and fitness goals.
The license will carry the exclusive right to promote and provide a PT service at the Club and the exclusive right to bring in clients for training subject to agreed terms and conditions. We are looking for providers who are interested in a proper partnership with us, working together to achieve our aims and objectives.
The Club has a membership base or around 1600 and a large gym and separate free weights room, squash courts and exercise studios, all of which are available for appropriate use by the selected operator. Situated in West London and close to Notting Hill we are ideally situated for the PT market.

CULTURE & LEISURE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Torridge District Council intends to invite tenders for
the management, marketing, maintenance and operation of its four Leisure Centres and the Burton Art Gallery & Museum.
The contract is targeted to commence on 1st January 2012 and will be for a minimum of ten years with a potential option to extend for a further five years.
Suitably experienced organisations are invited to express interest in this tender by no later than 12:00 noon on 29th April 2011 via the ‘Opportunities’ section at
