In this guide you will see the different application methods named. These are:


• UKPASS • UCAS • GTTR • application form.


The first three are online systems, where you register for a username, complete your personal details online, together with educational qualifications, experience and personal statement, and once you have submitted your application, it is transmitted directly to the university. On each course webpage there is a link to the relevant application method.


To apply for one of our courses via UKPASS, follow the link from the individual course webpage, or directly from www.ukpass.ac.uk. You will be taken through a registration process, and then you can create your application online. You do not have to complete the application form all at once, you can save your details and return to it at a later date. You can attach scanned documents to your application. Once you have completed your application, you submit it online, and we will receive it.


Whichever application method you use, the following documents should accompany your completed application:


• UK/EU students - a scanned copy of your University Degree Certificate and a scanned copy of your transcript


• International Students (presenting qualifications not obtained at a UK university) - a scanned copy of your University Degree Certificate


- a University transcript in English of your degree curriculum


- an English Language proficiency certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, CPE, IGCSE etc)


• International Students (presenting qualifications from a UK university) - a scanned copy of your University Degree Certificate and a scanned copy of your transcript


• Art and Design students - all of the above, plus:


- an outline of your proposed study and a portfolio of recent, relevant work


We will ask you to bring your original certificates when you join the University.
