Talents and Skills


We are looking for people who can enrich CIC. No matter what your talent, if you can see an application for your skills in our services let us know! It may be that you are a musician who wants to entertain in our care homes, bursting


with creativity and want to deliver arts and crafts in one of our day services, use your sporting abilities to organise a sports event for our homelessness services, or have a background in hair and beauty which means you can treat our senior care residents to a spa day – your talents will brighten days and make a difference.


Make and Mend


Do you have a manual skill or trade that would benefit our services? Whether you have green fingers, are a dab hand with DIY, have a flair for decoration or are a budding chef, why not put your talents to good use


in our services. You’ll be helping us build our communities making them a great place to live and work.
