While the relationship is ongoing, DNA does not work exclusively with Fox: the $45m Dredd is backed by Reliance BIG Pictures and IM Global. Albert R ‘Cubby’ Broc- coli’s daughter Barbara Broccoli and stepson Michael G Wilson took over the franchise when they co-produced 1995’s GoldenEye. A much-heralded revamp saw them successfully reinvent Bond as a tougher, more relevant character for the 21st century and Dan- iel Craig’s fi rst outing as the spy in Casino Royale took more than $594m worldwide.
