The Director of the ISS UK group of businesses, headed the campaign to find a suitable solution that would streamline and co-ordinate all of ISS’s quality monitoring activities. It was vital to ISS to find a monitoring package that would ensure that their numerous client contracts were being carried out in a thorough and accountable manner.

We are a large company with an extreme and diverse portfolio of clients so we needed a solution that was simple and quick to implement whilst being cutting edge in the service that it could deliver us.
