Rev. Cathy Townley is a former worship director, song writer and author, including the book Design- ing Worship Teams. She is a senior associate of Griffi th Coaching, serving as a consultant in worship and evangelism. She is also a coach for the Unbinding the Gospel project with Martha Grace Reese. She is a deacon in the Minnesota Annual Conference.


Rev. Tyrone D. Gordon has been the senior pastor at St. Luke Community UMC in Dallas, TX since 2002. He is an Elder in the North Texas Annual Conference. He is formerly the Senior Pastor of Saint Mark UMC, Wichita, Kansas. Saint Mark’s was considered to be one of the fastest growing congregations in the UMC as well as one of the most racially diverse congregations in the Kansas West Conference.


Dr. Paul Borden is the Executive Minister of Growing Healthy Churches. He is the author of three books used by as many as 50 denominations to guide churches to be more outwardly focused. As an international consultant, judicatory leader and former church pastor, he knows both what is required to transform congregations and judicatories and how to do it.
