A large sterling silver bowl by Samuel Hennell, fully hallmarked for London, 1810, the exterior engraved with foliate designs, the interior gilt, set with approximately 100 British and World coins, medallions and tokens, mostly 18th and 19th century, including an Elizabeth I Fine Sovereign, Cromwell Lord Protector medal in silver, David Garrick medal, a Waterloo medal, a USA Half-Dime 1802 (possibly a copy), etc, height 170mm, diameter 260mm, weight 1535g. Crack in base of bowl, otherwise a presentable object
