It becomes easier to understand and accept that once a procedure is introduced by the police hierarchy, regardless of objection to the immorality of it, the front line officer is compelled to adhere to force process. Unwittingly or otherwise, the front liners become complicit to the deception of decreasing crime.
There are many officers who want the truth to come out, not only to raise public awareness, but because they know only too well that it is they who also suffer with the consequences of the Government & Senior Officer conspiracy. If crime recording and statistics enable the effective allocation of resources, it follows that year on year decreases on crime within a force, will affect the allocation of resources actually needed to deliver the policing for that area.
In future reports we will put more meat on the bones about the real reforms that the front line officers say are needed to deliver true justice for society in the UK.
