2009 SEMICON Europa Visitor Testimonial

“GLOBALFOUNDRIES plans to invest significantly in Dresden capacity and capabilities in 2010 and 2011 as part of our long-term growth strategy. The investment is a key component to double our 300 mm capacity within the next two years. Our 2010 and 2011 capacity investments will largely support the expansion of GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ Fab 1 complex in Dresden, Germany, which is focused on leading-edge production of 45 nm technologies and below. In addition we also continue additional global expansion plans in Fab 7 in Singapore and the construction of Fab 8 in New York.”
