Still hankering for severance

To the Editor: I have always enjoyed the discounts and services the PEF
Membership Benefits Program (MBP) has brought to the membership. However, the change in the MBPWeb site has been the worst
change PEF has made. This site is now so frustrating, I have not been able to get into it after having my password set several times. I have not been able to purchase even the most simple thing,

However, the state Department of Correctional Services denied it to me and several other people at Gowanda Correctional Facility because of not being able (under the rules for severance) to replace us. The governor should wake up and see just why people are not retiring from state service.
