Why Payroll Deductions?
Payroll deduction provides you, the donor, with an easy and
convenient avenue to give a gift to your favorite charity.
For many donors continuous payroll deduction is perfect.
Donors who select this option will have their payroll deduction
automatically renewed each year without completing a new
pledge card. To choose continuous giving, please check the
first box in Section A.
All other payroll deduction donors will be treated as annual
donors with deductions beginning in January 2010 and
continuing through December 2010.
Employees who are currently contributing through payroll
deductions should be aware that their payroll deductions
will expire at the end of December 2009 and will not continue
into the new year unless the 2009/10 pledge form is completed.
Payroll deductions may be canceled at any time by notifying
your payroll department.
The campaign ends on December 11, 2009.

(Section D).
