• 1 pound pasta (cooked per directions on
package) • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 cloves minced
garlic • 1/8 cup minced parsley and oregano, 1 zuc-
chini, sliced • 3 green onions, minced, 1 can artichoke
hearts, sliced • salt & pepper, as desired
1. Cook pasta per package instructions.
2. Combine pasta in large bowl with remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before
serving.
