How the feature works:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable editorial coverage.
Not only on your anniversary but also on the topics of your choice
(large scale project, general business profiles, grand openings,
retirements, group project report).
First off, a first letter is sent to the list you have provided. (either you
can send this, or we can do so). This letter invites your suppliers to
participate and support your feature by placing ads that congratulate
your success and relationship.
Afterwards, your project coordinator will contact these companies
to follow up with the first fax. (No pressure on your suppliers).
During this time, we will arrange an interview with a spokesperson
from your company and our journalist. After which, we will send
the story for you to review prior to press.
What we need from you:
1) A list of suppliers and who have some relevance to your company
through business relationships, projects or editorial content.
(name, contact, address, phone, fax, email)
2) A copy of your company letterhead/logo
3) An electronic signature for the first letter that will be sent out.
4) The best time to meet with the person with whom the interview
will take place.
5) Any photos you would like used such as staff or projects.
