Yuma opens its doors to house seekers

ast Saturday I had the opportunity to participate in the first-ever Yuma
Community Open House Event, together with Nova Home Loans, Chicago Title, Century 21, Karen Spencer and Mesa Del Sol Realty to kick off the event at Yuma Palms Shopping Center. We greeted local home seekers and provided them with a map and punch card with hopes of them visiting at least 10 homes on the tour. Excited home seekers
traveled from 8th Avenue to the Foothills visiting some of the best homes Yuma has to offer. During their tours,
locals and winter visitors alike were given the chance to visit homes and the real estate agents representing them. We had more than 125 visitors travel through the homes that were on display. Once inside, potential homebuyers had the chance to ask questions, view the home and get information from each agent. As I traveled the homes on the tour, I got the chance to speak with local home seekers. I found that there is a high interest in the real estate market here in Yuma. Traveling the homes also
