Leah Collich, Life Member (joined 2014): Collich is a contrac- tor on the Veterans Employment Initiative as a representative for the VA. Previously, Collich wrote for the Fort Rucker, Ala., post

newspaper, served as a brigade reassignment specialist, and worked on several federal campaigns as a community area project offi cer. She is stationed at Ma- rine Corps Base Quantico, Va., with her husband, Preston, an Army aviation of- fi cer, and serves on MOAA’s Currently Serving Spouse Advisory Committee.

Capt. J. Bruce Hamilton, USN (Ret), Life Member (joined 2000): Hamilton is a nuclear industry executive and former president of Fuelco LLC. He spent 24 years on active duty, includ-

ing assignments in nuclear-powered cruisers and aircraft carriers, command of USS John Paul Jones (DDG-53), reactor offi cer for USS Nimitz (CVN-68), and joint assignment at headquarters, U.S. European Command. He serves on three committees of MOAA’s board of directors.

Lt. Gen. LeRoy Manor Jr., USAF (Ret), Life Member (joined 1978): Manor, a former national president of MOAA, fl ew over Normandy on D-Day and later was wounded above

France. The French government recently awarded him the Legion of Honor at the French Consulate in Tampa, Fla. Manor’s service also included mis- sions in the Philippines, Korea, and Vietnam. He is a member of the North- west Florida Chapter, where he serves as installation offi cer.

Col. Nelson McCouch, USA (Ret), Life Member (joined 2003): McCouch is chief of the Strategic Communications Divi- sion, U.S. Army Acquisition Support Center at Fort Belvoir, Va.,

where he’s editor in chief of Army AL&T Magazine. In 2013, he was recog- nized with a Secretary of the Army Award for his work reinvigorating the magazine’s editorial vision, content and mission, and look and feel. McCouch is an active member of the Mount Vernon (Va.) Chapter. MO
