Customer specific electronic and electromechanical assemblies and devices: assembled PCBs, harnessed cables, electrical cabinets, complete electronic devices. Also components for this business (as distributor): connectors, embedded boards, industrial PCs, industrial ethernet switches.


Typical sales process: request for proposal - receipt of bill of material and plans (cost estimation is done by back office) - proposal - negotiation on proposal - closure of contract (frame contract) - start of production - delivery.


Pure B2B business; brand is not important, references are! Target customers are small, medium and large producers of machines and electrical equipment of any kind eg industrial robots, medical devices, elevators, trains, tool machinery, vending machines, communication devices. Also car builders, truck builders, special equipment (eg farming equipment, air handling equipment) are interesting potential customers.


Starter package with visit to German and to Romanian facility, introduction to back office: industrial engineers (key people for receiving the proposals), customer service (key people for order execution and continuous dialogue with the customers).


Exclusivity for selected areas, availability of CEO for customer visits (large potential projects, large potential customers) once per quarter.


Provision from 3% - 5% of accomplished sales volume depending on the contribution margin of the project; to be paid on a monthly base.
