Asset Management A

SPOTLIGHT ON... Rafael Postepski and Elaine Shelley, Liquidity Services Inc.

“There are a number of trends we are seeing in asset management and disposition. Globalisation has impacted the way that companies view the management of their assets. Most companies do not have a central, clear, and consolidated global approach to surplus asset management, a transparency risk. This business gap presents an opportunity to gain efficiencies through additional cash-generating activities, compensating for the tightening of capital expense budgets.” Rafael Postepski and Elaine Shelley of Liquidity Services Inc. discuss the evolving Asset Management landscape.

s the VP of Account Management, EMEA, Rafael Postepski leads the key account group for the region, serving Fortune Global 500 and

Fortune 1000 clients. Rafael joined the company in 2007 and has played a significant role in shaping their client engagement model to ensure that clients experience the best-in-class processes and services across the group. Prior to joining Liquidity Services, Rafael worked in the finance, IT, and management consulting industries in Canada as well as the UK, serving in sales and analysis roles. Throughout his career, Rafael has honed his skillset in translating client feedback into definitive elements of the client management process. According to Mr. Postepski, “Our focus on relentless improvement in the asset management field provides a wealth of opportunity to demonstrate results and allows us to provide long term value for our clients.”
