THE EVENT Show News
Since the announcement of the inter airport South East Asia, the show has received the support from numerous associations and bodies on a local, regional and international scale.
The list of offi cial supporters includes; The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, STB, SECB, the Airports Council International Asia-Pacifi c, and the Security Systems Association of Singapore.
International associations supporting the
show (many of which will be
hosting national pavilions) include; German Airport Technology and Equipment (GATE), UBI France, Proavia (France), Wulff Entre (Finland) N-link (Switzerland), and BASEA (UK).
There will also be signifi cant national pavilions from, Norway, North America and China.
Over 40 of the leading suppliers have already confi rmed their position at the event. The initial fl oor plan was fully booked after only two months which has led to an expansion of the layout ahead of schedule. The venue is fl exible enough for the show to grow through the hall, and plans have also been brought forward to release extra space to meet the demand from suppliers.
As with inter airport Europe and China, inter airport South East Asia – Singapore will feature a GSE area designed to allow large pieces of GSE equipment to be displayed.
Singapore has the advantage of
being the region’s main shipping port which combined with the excellent storage facilities make it very easy for suppliers to ship in their large pieces of equipment. Singapore is also a free port; therefore no taxes apply for goods brought into Singapore for exhibitions.
Proavia
“As a faithful exhibitor at the inter airport exhibition, Proavia is delighted that the show organiser decided to stage a new event in South East Asia. It
is without
hesitation that we decided to take part in the show which will take place in Singapore, as several projects are ongoing
