One of two en suite showers

Powered bed converts the guest cabin to a double bed Accommodation

The sleek satin walnut carpentry is contemporary, while the seating is squarer and more modern. The whole interior is lit by the latest LED lighting and the detailing is exquisite. From the illuminated drinks locker in the saloon and the lined drawer beneath the mirror in the master cabin for jewellery to the soft-touch anti-reflective finish of the dash and the three slim stainless-steel fillets that grace the angled footrest at the double helm, everything you see and handle feels crafted, expensive, special. That the one-touch electrically retracting TV turns itself on as it rises and off as it drops is a nice touch too. Princess always does interiors well, its smaller models feeling like scaled-down versions of its multi-million- pound monsters rather than simply cheaper boats. There’s plenty of space for gear, both cabins featuring hanging lockers and further storage such as the large drawers beneath the master cabin bed. Criticisms? It’s a shame there are no dimmers on the lights, they’re either fully on or fully off (dimmers aren’t even on the options list), and it’s a pity the saloon table neither drops or folds, so you’ve always got a dining table in your lounge rather than having the facility to turn it into a low-level coffee table. A few more grab rails about the interior wouldn’t go amiss either.
