An adjustable speed flow-through conveyor design, the MeshBlast system can eliminate potential part damage caused by part-on-part contact typical in tumbling cleaning systems. Each MeshBlast system is available with 4 to 8 blast wheels and has an abrasive cleaning and recycling system that removes sand and contami- nants for longer lasting wear parts and lower operating costs.

Te VS line of shakeout decks can handle loads of up to 100- tons and provide throughputs up to 60-tons per hour. Used for separating the casting from the flask/mold, these decks are built to withstand the rigors and abuse of this phase of your casting production.
