LIMITED WARRANTY OF SKIL CONSUMER BENCHTOP POWER TOOLS Robert Bosch Tool Corporation ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all SKIL consumer benchtop power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase, if original purchaser registers the product within 30 days from purchase. Product registration can be completed online at
www.skil.com or by mail with the registration card included in the packaged product. Original purchasers should also retain their receipt as proof of purchase. Original purchasers that do not register their product will receive the standard Skil one year home use warranty. SKIL consumer benchtop portable power tool models will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety days if the tool is used for professional use.

SKIL consumer portable power tool models will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety days if the tool is used for professional use.
SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Service Station. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete product, transportation prepaid, to any SKIL Factory Service Center or Authorized Service Station.
