Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts (LICA)
This cutting edge, eco-friendly building uses the latest green technology and innovative design features to
signi cantly reduce the building’s CO2 emissions. This innovative approach led to the rst ever BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating for a higher education building under BREEAM Higher Education 2008.
