ALTERNATIVE DINING EXPERIENCES W
hile you can be assured that your table is always reserved within your main restaurant, you’re always more than welcome to explore a tempting array of additional possibilities elsewhere on board. You may, for example, wish to secure stylish lunch
or dinner reservations at the formal alternative venue, savouring the unique Mediterranean interpretations of the Todd English Restaurant on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria, or the superb French creations that grace the menus of Queen Elizabeth’s Verandah Restaurant.
Golden Lion, Queen Mary 2 Jasmine, Queen Elizabeth
Alternatively, on Queen Mary 2 your taste buds may lead you to Kings Court or the Lido Restaurants on Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. All offer buffet style dining throughout the day and into the evening. In addition in the evenings an area of each restaurant also becomes a speciality dining venue with table service. For example, Queen Victoria guests can anticipate succulent steak and seafood, pan Asian cuisine and flavours from the subcontinent on different nights in the Lido. You’ll find, too, that the Golden Lion Pub provides a comfortable, traditional setting in which to choose from a wide selection of beer, cider and wine to complement the delicious gastro pub-style specialities. There are also a host of other cafés, bars and lounges where you can enjoy tasty snacks. Of course, should you wish, you could even dine in the comfort of your own suite or stateroom, by ordering from our room service menu around the clock.
