TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customer agrees to carefully inspect equipment/merchandise upon arrival, and note any damages, or quantity discrepancies on the carriers bill of lading (bol). Ecolab not liable for deliveries signed for "free & clear“. If concealed damage is discovered, please report to Ecolab within 2 business days.
Save all packaging materials to insure proper credit. Failure to save “original packaging materials” may result in additional return and/or restocking fees by the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise stated in this quotation, the customer is responsible for unloading, positioning in place, final hook-up to utilities, and start-up, of any equipment delivered or drop-shipped.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES: > The electrical specifications, as detailed in this brochure, if applicable. > Plumbing, ventilation, rough-in, final connections & start-up are the customers responsibility.
> Customer is responsible for obtaining any and all approvals, and/or permits, from health department, building inspector, fire Marshall, etc.
New equipment is warranted by the manufacturer. customer is responsible for reading all warranty disclosures contained in the specification sheets.
Customer is responsible for freight charges. Orders are delivered via common carrier or ground. Driver is responsible for bringing the delivery to the tailgate of the truck. Unloading is customers responsibility.
RETURNS / CANCELLED ORDERS / RESTOCKING / CUSTOM ORDERS
> Returns and/or Cancelled Orders are subject to prevailing Factory Restocking and/or Handling Fees and all freight & related costs to and from the Project Site.
> Custom Orders for Equipment & Supplies are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
