Copel (Paranaense County Energy Company) will invest R$ 2.26 billion in 2012 to generate and transfer electric energy.


R$ 10.1 billion will be invested into Eletrobras (Brazilian Electricity company) by 2012.

Petrobas will invest R$ 77.9 billion in the country in 2012. The Petrol platform Pré-sal will receive US$ 200 billion by 2013 from investors.


Construction


US$ 100 billion will be invested in infrastructure for the World Cup 2014.


US$ 50 billion will be invested in infrastructure for the Olympic Games 2016.


BNDS (Brazilian Development Bank) will invest R$ 475 billion by 2013 in Civil construction. 236,500 houses will be constructed with investments of R$ 37 billion.
